Reservation Procedure: Steps to a Successful Reservation
- Calendar Check: Contact Administrator via phone or
email to check availability. Only the Administrator or Administrative Assistant may confirm the reservation.
- Reservation Request Form: Each signed application by user/group should be made at least one week in advance of the date of proposed use.
- Building Use Conditions and Regulations Form: Complete and return to the BUF adminstrator.
- Deposits:The deposits are required to confirm your reservation.
- Facility Orientation: This includes general building information, instruction for use of lighting and equipment,
clean-up requirements, and lock-up procedure. This orientation must be completed by appointment with
the Administrator preferably the week prior to your event.
- Building Use Recycling and Food Composting Agreement Form and Facility Use Checklist: This form is provided with the Building Use Conditions and Regulations form. This form is to be signed during your facility orientation.
- Keys: You will check out keys during the Facility Orientation and return them within 24 hours of the end of your event through the mail slot to the BUF office. The Administrator will show you its location during your facility orientation.
- Payment: Payment is due 24 hours before the commencement of your scheduled event.
