Blackberry Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients:

Local 1/2 c. blackberry syrup
Local 1 qt. organic full-fat yogurt
Fair Trade 1 c. sweetener equivalent ( or 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. stevia powder)
2-3 tbsp. Triple Sec, optional
Frozen Yogurt



Directions:

Syrup:
Blackberry syrup is made by boiling blackberries, smashing them with a metal slotted spoon and then draining in a colander, sweetener optional. Can be kept in fridge for a few weeks.
Mix ingredients in a large bowl with a whisk. Follow directions on your ice cream maker and enjoy!
