Ingredients:

Salad
Local Broccoli (medium sized-head)
Red Seedless Grapes
Raisins
Local 3 stalks of Celery
Local 1/2 of mediumn-sized Red onion
Local Hemplar's Bacon
Sunflower nuts (salted)
Dressing
1 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
Fair Trade 1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar (or lemon juice)
Broccoli Salad




Directions:

Fry bacon well done and crumble.

Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces

Cut grapes into quarters

Finely chop celery and onion

Dressing: In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar/lemon juice. Pour over salad when ready to serve. Chill.

You can also add chopped apples or grated Havarti cheese or pecans or walnuts...lots of variations.
