Ingredients:

Local 3 stalks celery
Local 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Fair Trade 2 tbsp. finely chopped pimiento and olives
Local 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. finely chopped pecans
Stuffed Celery image



Directions:

Wash celery, and cut into 3 inch pieces.

Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well.

Stuff the celery pieces with cream cheese mixture
