Ingredients:

Local 8 stalks celery
Local 1 cup 1% cottage cheese
Local 1 tsp. dried dill weed
Local 1 clove minced garlic
Local 2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. paprika
Stuffed Celery image




Directions:

Cut celery stalks in half to make smaller pieces.

Combine cottage cheese, dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika and mix well.

Spread lightly into curves of celery stalks.

Dust with additional paprika
