As we journey through life, one of the most important points of discernment is carefully deciding when it is time to rededicate to important relationships (whether personal, professional, or...) - and when it’s time to move on. We visit this crossroad again and again in our lives. This service will explore why such decisions are deeply soulful in their impact, and will provide some important guiding principles for making your way.

Presented by
Carolyn Koehnline, LMHC.
The aging process presents us with countless changes.
The term “transition” refers to how we respond to the significant changes of life. You’ll learn writing exercises
specifically designed to bring more awareness and intention to how you navigate the endings, in-between times, and new beginnings.
FREE, no RSVP; please bring notepads.
Robb Miller, the Executive Director of Compassion & Choices of Washington (C&C) and one of the leaders of the Initiative 1000 (Death With Dignity) Campaign will be the featured speaker at the Bellingham Unitarian Fellowship’s services at 9:15 and 11:15 a.m. on February 19. The community is welcomed and encouraged to attend.
In addition, Mr. Miller will lead a workshop to provide information about C&C, end-of-life choices, and advance planning. Participants will be guided through the process of making advance directives and will leave with a completed, notarized C&C Advance Directive which combines a Living Will and a Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care into one document. The workshop is open to the public, and there is no cost for the class, documents, or notarization.
