UU the Vote Launch

Together we will celebrate what we have built, share what is ahead, and invite you into the next chapter of this movement. Join us.

Join us to learn more about our plans for the 3 core components of UU the Vote: Ignite Solidarity, Reimagine Democracy.

Elections are openings — moments when a nation pauses to imagine its future. They invite us to build community and democracy through our courage, our relationships, and the choices we make together. Ahead of this year’s national election in November, we hope you’ll join us for launch of UU the Vote 2026: Ignite Solidarity, Reimagine Democracy.

Each year, UU the Vote has faced new challenges and new opportunities. Both have called us to courage, and to the holy act of creation — building new networks, new actions, and new visions of the world.

That is why we have expanded UU the Vote to meet this moment by harnessing the power of communities to ignite solidarity and reimagine democracy.

Voter Engagement:  A robust voter contact program that fights voter suppression while engaging people in values-based conversations rooted in connection and dignity.

Community Safety:  A new safety initiative to strengthen how we keep ourselves and our communities secure—in person and online, at the polls, at protests, and in our gatherings.

Solidarity Summits:  A powerful new mobilization program supporting congregations and state networks in hosting 1–2 day community gatherings. These summits will bring together people of faith, partners, and local organizations to strengthen networks, build practical skills, and practice democracy together. Learn more about upcoming summits at the UU the Vote launch.

Because democracy is not just defended at the ballot box. It is created and sustained through the practice of community.

And we are just getting started.

In faith and solidarity,

Nicole Pressley
