UC Irvine professor Dr. Ama Wray and her Embodiology Team are bringing their dynamic program to the BUF community! Embodiology is a holistic combination of movement, music, cognition and sensory awareness originating from ancestral knowledge within the Anlo-Ewe culture in Ghana—it has been described as Ubuntu (“I Am because We Are”) in practice. Join us for a fun, experiential, and embodied Sunday service that will be approachable and accessible for all ages and abilities!
