Interfaith Music Festival, March 7th at 3:00 PM
The BUF Choir, under the direction of Ben Workman Smith, is participating in the Interfatith Coalition Music Festival Saturday March 7 at 3pm at First Congregational Church, 2401 Cornwall Avenue.
Postcard Writing after the March 9 Sunday Service
The Black Lives Matter Ministry Action team is organizing a postcard writing to Black Virginia voters encouraging voting Yes on temporary redistricting.
WA State Legislative Actions for Week of March 1, 2026
We are now in the home stretch. All legislation moving forward had to be out of the fiscal committees in to their respective Rules Committees as of yesterday. Now we have until March 6th to get them to the floors and voted on.
There are three actions now to take. Contact your legislator about voting for bills that are calendar and hitting the floors for the final vote and then contacting the Rules Committees to move the bills for forward for a floor vote.
Door Codes to be Reset on March 2nd, 10:00 AM
New codes will be issued to committee and entity leaders who are expected to pass them to select team members according to door code protocols. Team leaders will need to stop by the BUF office to get your new code beginning 10 AM on Monday.
